Planning out meals for my toddlers is more challenging than ever now that they have reached a very, very picky stage of their life. Gone are the days that feeding meant child opening mouth while I stuffed it with whatever I made. Now it’s sort of an experiment each time and I can either hit or miss. And to top it off, one child will approve while the other refuses to take one bite.
So I have compiled a list of our favorite go-to meals for my littles.
Toddler Meals & Snacks
French Toast and Maple Syrup
Pretzel sticks, Sliced Veggies & Hummus
Carrots, cucumbers, pretzel sticks, hummus.
Jelly Sandwich Bites
Strawberries, bread and jam, Raisins.
Chicken Salad Sandwiches
Chicken salad sandwich, Cape Cod potato chips
Macaroni with broccoli & Chicken nuggets
Mac n’ cheese, breadstick, chicken nuggets, grapes

My toddler is a little fussy too. He prefers bread dry, pasta plain and won’t even entertain pizza. He’ll eat arrows all day long as well as cucumber, pepper, melon, apple, pear, grapes and banana and strawberries so I can’t complain. Fab idea though.
My littlest is in that fussy phase now too and it’s so tricky trying to find things that he loves. We tried peanut butter for the first time last week though and he loved it! Hurrah! Some great ideas here that I’ll give a try too. Thanks for linking to #DreamTeam x
We’ve been making these healthy flapjacks for years and my children still gobble them up! https://wp.me/p6ejFv-bF Thanks for sharing with us #FabFridayPost It’s always good to get more ideas, especially as I always feel I’m feeding mine the same thing!
These are great meal planner. I also tried to change things around as you know kids – they do loved it so much one day and then hate it the next day! lol! So typical! Though I must say, I hadn’t tried the Jelly Sandwich before. I’m curious? Thanks so much for linking up with us on #FabFridayPost
This is great! I’m constantly looking for new ideas to give my son for lunch. I bet he would LOVE chicken salad.
I also love looking at portion sizes other moms give.
Thank you!
